Some artists got naked on Wall Street during a performance art piece — and then they got arrested.

It happened Monday morning outside the New York Stock Exchange. Police say they arrested two naked men and one topless woman for disorderly conduct.

Artist Zefrey Throwell organized the five-minute piece. He says it was a critique of Wall Street and involved dozens of volunteers acting out the motions of people at work.

Eric Anderson of Brooklyn was among those arrested. He was playing a janitor.

He says he was surprised when he was led away to the First Precinct.

The men were charged with exposing themselves in addition to disorderly conduct..
