Trump or no Trump, tell me, how many times did you watch our new commercial? I’d really like to know. Leave a comment on our YouTube page. I’ll get it. I’ll read it. Promise you.

Having seen that commercial, to whom do you think it will appeal – primarily?

VIEW COMMERCIAL

Remember what I said about its appeal to Christians? With Mr. Trump promising the church power if elected, do not these 58 seconds take on even more urgent overtones?

I should point out here that we’re still scripting the video to which this commercial will be linked.
Q. What’s it’s focus?

A. As our commercial suggests, it’ll be about the change of the Sabbath. But as the photographs in The (New, Illustrated) Great Controversy clearly show, no study about the change of the Sabbath would be complete without looking at the pagan underbelly of the Roman Catholic Church.

What am I saying?

PAGANISM

It’s not just the Sabbath. The switch in the Sabbath is but part of Roman Catholicism’s comprehensive embrace of paganism – the same paganism fought to the death by Jehu and Elijah.

From the Eucharist (that’s the round consecrated bread used in the mass), to the monstrance (that’s the container for the bread); from Christmas to Sun-day; from the obelisk to the fish miter – all are relics of a paganism that’s venerated to this day within the Roman Catholic Church.

AND THEN THERE'S
DAGON'S MITER

Once the public sees the visual evidence – i.e., once the pieces of the puzzle are put before them so that even a child can understand – I believe they’ll see the switch in the Sabbath for what it is: i.e., part of paganism’s wholesale invasion of Christianity.

As we already know, the Vatican unapologetically takes credit for the attempted switch of the Sabbath. Clearly this will be highlighted in our video. In fact, maybe the first use of The Great Controversy in our video will be the use of the following quote:

"During the old law, Saturday was the day sanctified; but the church, instructed by Jesus Christ, and directed by the Spirit of God, has substituted Sunday for Saturday; so now we sanctify the first, not the seventh day. Sunday means, and now is, the day of the Lord.” Catholic Catechism of Christian Religion, cited in The Great Controversy, page 448.

Now for the nitty-gritty.

Nowhere are the pagan, occult forces within Roman Catholicism more apparent to me than at Fatima, in Portugal.

There, on October 13th, 1917, between 30,000 and 100,000 mostly Roman Catholic faithful witnessed the spectacular sun-dance recorded in Encyclopedia Britannica. To those who’d come at ‘Mary’s’ behest, what they experienced that day was nothing short of a miracle.

Miracle?

Not so fast. There are at least two problems here.

1. Mary is dead (we'll prove this from Scripture).
2. Nobody besides those in Fatima saw the sun dance that day, or any other day.

So who was really pulling the sun around on that rainy Sabbath afternoon?

Clearly this was an occult sun-dance – a dance that’s celebrated every year (primarily on May 13th and October 13th) as millions of Catholics, some crawling on their knees, converge on the Shrine at Fatima.

Here’s a summary of what we anticipate discussing in our upcoming video:

(i) The state of the dead.

(ii) The Fatima sun-dance.

(iii) Paganism in the Roman Catholic Church.

(iv) Catholicism’s attempt at switching the Sabbath.

(v) Protestantism’s predicted attempts to enforce it.

(vi) Mr. Trump’s promise to the church.

QUALITY

God helping us, this will be a quality production. Quality! Our book is quality. Our ad is quality. This telecast will be quality!

We've received many accolades for the first two chapters of our book, and since we uploaded our commercial we've received even more, among them, these:

“Most amazing piece of advertising done by any so far ...”

“You sent me the first chapter of The Great Controversy and I was shocked at the quality. The magazine looked like a special edition National Geographic. My education and work background are in advertising and graphic design. Your 58 sec. add looks awesome!”

Quality, beloved. Quality! While bringing The Great Controversy to the world – yea, while exposing the pagan underbelly of the Roman Catholic Church for all to see – our ministry will maintain an absolute commitment to quality.

By the time we’re through, the public must eagerly want this book. They must be ‘oohing and aahing’ over it. No more throwing them away in the garbage cans of America. If properly advertised and tastefully illustrated, I KNOW this book can galvanize public attention – even Mr. Trump’s attention.

The masses will demand this book.

They’ll buy it, gladly.

They’ll also want to know why we Seventh-day Adventists didn’t shout these things from the rooftops years ago.

AN OVERWHELMING SURPRISE

Think about it: Donald Trump is promising the church power and by and large God’s people are as quiet as a pack of church mice. Oh shame!

We should be seizing the moment.

We should be putting up tastefully worded ads for The Great Controversy everywhere.

Frankly, we should be telling the world that we’ve been expecting somebody to come along and make these promises to the church; we just didn’t know who it would be.

One more thing.

Candidate Trump’s promise is so eerily reminiscent of one-time Presidential candidate Pat Robertson, that I believe we’ve got to turn today to what is perhaps Mr. Robertson’s most chillingly articulated statement.

During his speech at the April, 1980 "Washington for Jesus" rally, Robertson declared:

Sufficiently alarmed, in our Time Magazine ad of 1990 we quoted Mr. Robertson. Today candidate Trump is basically saying the same things. What kind of coward would I be to remain silent here? No, God’s people need to be warned.

The public needs to be warned!

There’s a massive surprise coming and I’m persuaded it’s a lot closerthan most of us think. Nobody’s saying here that it will definitely be through the hands of Mr. Trump, but his overture to the church should certainly cause our hearts to skip a beat or two.

Q. What do I mean by that?

A. Do you remember what happened when Mary met the pregnant Elizabeth?

Here it is from God’s word:

“And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:” Luke 1:41.

It wasn’t a leap of fear either, but of joy. Here’s Elizabeth:

“For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb ... for joy.” Luke 1:44.

Beloved, that’s what should be happening to us – not fear and trepidation, but joy! The babe in our collective wombs ought to be leaping.

Haven’t we waited for this moment?

Haven’t we professed to believe it's coming?

Frankly, Mr. Trump’s overture to the church ought to cause more than a few skips in our heartbeat. How did Mrs. White put it?

"Transgression has almost reached its limit. Confusion fills the world, and a great terror is soon to come upon human beings. The end is very near. We who know the truth should be preparing for what is soon to break upon the world as an overwhelming surprise.” Testimonies for the Church, Volume 8, page 28.

But it won’t be an overwhelming surprise to us, will it? We who know the truth have been looking for these developments and expecting them for decades.

Beloved, if the same sense of urgency now washing over me is also washing over you; if you too have a commitment to introduce The Great Controversy to the masses – NOW! – then please partner with us. Help us go forward.

Help us shoot this new video and expose the barefaced paganism behind Catholicism’s embrace of the Sunday Sabbath.

Help us shoot this video and warn our YouTube audience precisely where the undertow in today’s religious liberty conversation is headed.

Help us shoot it and I promise you, in this new telecast: Fatima: The Day The Sun Danced, we’ll be sure to highlight not only Mr. Trump's promise, but prophecies from the pen of Mrs. White that clearly anticipate either him, or leaders whose views on the separation of church and state mirror his.

“Political corruption is destroying love of justice and regard for truth; and even in free America, rulers and legislators, in order to secure public favor, will yield to the popular demand for a law enforcing Sunday observance. Liberty of conscience, which has cost so great a sacrifice, will no longer be respected. In the soon coming conflict we shall see exemplified the prophet's words: “The dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Revelation 12:17. The Great Controversy, page 592.

Please note: the demand is from the people. Implied – a clearly angrypeople!

Who stoked their fire? With some politicians vying to prove who can be the most anti-Islamic, is it really so hard to see the coming Sunday law as part of a cauldron of anti-Islamic sentiments?

Enough of that.

Go ahead. Make that donation by clicking below. If you’ve got Catholic relatives whom you’ve been trying to reach for years, this new video might be the way. The word “Fatima” will hook them. I’m telling you, scenes from that shrine in Portugal will have many Roman Catholics absolutely riveted to their screens.

Finally, if you’ve got Protestant friends who don’t have a clue as to where Mr. Trump’s promise may be headed, this is the time to warn them. We’ll make the video. You send them the link.

With your donations you can help us advertise our video on more than YouTube. The internet is so sophisticated, without anybody realizing you’re behind our commercial, we can drill down with it and target homes even in your zip code.

Imagine that! From the comfort of your home, or your laptop, you can help determine what ads pop up on your next door neighbor’s computer. Isn’t that amazing?

I think I’ve said enough today though. God knows, I look forward to hearing from you soon! May God bless you as you pray over this! Let's do this.

David Mould.

P.S. For those who think this apprehension of Mr. Trump and his promise to the church might be overblown, two words – LOOK BACK!Look back at the statements penned by Mrs. White in the 1880s, particularly to SDA leaders. Back then there was talk of Sunday legislation in America and the church was fast asleep. Here’s what she had to say:

PEACE AND SAFETY

“The people need to be aroused in regard to the dangers of the present time. The watchmen are asleep. We are years behind. Let the chief watchmen feel the urgent necessity of taking heed to themselves, lest they lose the opportunities given them to see the dangers.

“If the leading men in our conferences do not now accept the message sent them by God, and fall into line for action, the churches will suffer great loss. When the watchman, seeing the sword coming, gives the trumpet a certain sound, the people along the line will echo the warning, and all will have opportunity to make ready for the conflict. But too often the leader has stood hesitating, seeming to say: “Let us not be in too great haste. There may be a mistake. We must be careful not to raise a false alarm.” The very hesitancy and uncertainty on his part is crying: “‘Peace and safety.’ Do not get excited. Be not alarmed. There is a great deal more made of this religious amendment question than is demanded. This agitation will all die down.” Thus he virtually denies the message sent from God, and the warning which was designed to stir the churches fails to do its work. The trumpet of the watchman gives no certain sound, and the people do not prepare for the battle. Let the watchman beware lest, through his hesitancy and delay, souls shall be left to perish, and their blood shall be required at his hand.” Testimonies for the Church, Volume 5, page 715.
