This morning there will be a special "ceremony" to celebrate Rahm Emanuel's (Obama's chief of staff) departure to run for mayor of Chicago. Yes, Chicago rises to the occasion again! It's a Chicago kind of administration. So Rahm goes off to Chicagoland with a bang.
