Looking back at the Obama 'Recovery'

In February 2009, Democrats in Congress passed a $787 billion stimulus bill requested by President Obama...

*In June 2009 the cash for clunkers program was implemented which cost $3 billion. It was a trade in program in which the new car should have had a federal fuel-economy rating that was at least 4 mpg better than the old car traded in to qualify for a $3,500 voucher, or was rated at least 10 mpg better to get the maximum payment of $4,500. Thousands of functional used cars were destroyed in the process.

**In 2010, the Federal Reserve launched the quantitative easing 2, or QE2 - It has cost American Taxpayers $600 billion. It was supposed to rescue the economy.

On Dec. 15 2010, The U.S. Senate passed an $858 billion tax-cut plan, giving bipartisan endorsement to an agreement crafted by President Barack Obama and Republicans that extends Bush-era reductions for all income levels.

And, what have we got to show for it?

Surely not JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.
