I'm beginning to see the light at the end of these massacres. Allow me to explain...
Routinely, following one of these senseless rampages when several people are fired upon with miscellaneous high caliber weapons many are killed, and others survive injured; However, with the sudden shock of the crime citizens of that community are left stunned by the assault, then usually religious and civic leaders organize events where people pray or hold a moment of silence for the victims and their survivors. In these memorial services for the slain, candles are lighted, and sometimes flowers and Teddy Bears, are placed in the site where the victims died. All this may seem normal and logical in such solemn situations; it may be so for people unfamiliar with true expressions of sympathy.
It's been more than a decade since I first saw a memorial for a neighborhood youngster who had been shot to death on a street sidewalk, just a block away from St. Rose of Lima, Roman Catholic Church. I found out recently that the Parish Office for that Roman Catholic Church is also the headquarters for the Society of Jesus, a.k.a. Jesuits, in Upper Manhattan. So, as I mentioned previously the first time I saw a sidewalk memorial for a slain person with bottled candles, flowers, Stuffed Animal Dolls, and an impressive graffitti wall mural with the victim's name and effigy, was in 1990.
So, how does this all lead to a new insight? Well, the spontaneous quasi-religious ramifications that occur after a massacre are gathering people of all types to pay their respect to the deceased. Many may point out a growing tendency towards what they now call Chrislam, a combination of Christianity and Islam. Coincidentally, today in America, some non-Muslims are attending Prayer Services in Mosques, in memory of the victims of the San Bernadino (California) Massacre of December 2, 20015. In my opinion these Prayer Services and Memorials are in fact a growing trend for a greater force, Ecumenism. I realize that right after any of these Massacres, all types of Interreligious Events are organized with much fanfare, and Christians, Catholics, Jews, Atheists, Agnostics, Wiccans, Animists, Muslims, Bhuddists, Hindus, etc., unite to honor their fallen friends and neighbors. This custom of congregating with folks of all faiths (or no faith) will eventually lead most people to gradually accept a syncretic spiritual form of worship. Eventually, the Mass Shootings will enable the Roman Catholic Church through its Ecumenical Movement (World Council of Churches, National Council of Churches, Rick Warren's Saddleback Church, Bill Hybels' Willow Creek Community Church, Kenneth Copeland, Joel Osteen, Billy Graham, and the like) and the myriad of Jesuit infiltrated Evangelical (previously Protestant) Churches, plus the rest of the spectrum of religious persuasions in the United States of America to be lulled into accepting Sunday (Rest) Worship under the guise of Moments of Silence to a Higher Power (like in 12 Step Programs) of their understanding for the sake of Peace and Security (safety), and Climate Change (Gaiia Consciousness). This will be a fulfillment of the final scenario in America of Bible Prophecy of Revelation 13-17.
You might ask me: Why do you think the Mass Shootings will lead to Sunday Worship? How do you know this will happen?
I will reply, because I study my Bible, and have been doing so since the year 2000, also because I haven't watched Television since 2009.
