THE WORLD IS CHOKING ON CARTOONISH HYPOCRISY
Miss American for FederalJack) The very ‘humans’ who have gained their immense wealth and power through the centuries from the sweat and toil of others, and who have arranged the world to steal anything they want without lifting a finger, are the same ones who have appointed themselves as the new God’s of the universe. These carnival barkers actually believe they have the final word on who, and how many humans belong on this planet!! Of course, we have yet to see any of them step up and volunteer to be an example to the rest of us in their zealotry to demonize “the earth’s human plague”, and actually help reduce the world’s population!! Any critically thinking person would be looking over their shoulder for the white coats to take us away in straightjackets if WE went around spouting the very same ludicrous nonsense they have come up with. Global warming has turned into climate change?? Now there’s something you can’t argue with!! It’s why weather reports were invented! I suppose that the sky being blue will be the next ‘proof’ that ‘we’ are causing the moon to exit the universe. The hysterical and rabid environmental ‘Gods’ seem to have been blessed with crystal balls and know exactly how the earth is going to behave, and what the weather will be 75 years from now. What they’ve done is create a casino where they can take bets on what the temperature will be tomorrow, or on any given day in the year 2062, while they control the temperatures with their chemicals dispersed in the sky and electronic toys (HAARP).
One doesn’t even need to look beneath the surface or read between the lines, to see the gigantic lies, blatant deceptions, and the insanity of it all. You have to think that trying to pull off this grand scheme, and how voraciously absurd it is, is part of the rush they are thoroughly enjoying, while they madly jerk on their multitude of puppet strings. The mind drifts easily to the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, after they’ve led the gullible masses down the green brick road. We can only imagine how far these ‘people’ need to go to get any kind of stimulation out of life. When you have destroyed every moral code possible, committed every kind of crime, violated every local and global law, indulged in all manner of unspeakable human abuses, what is left?? What could they think of next in their search for a thrill?? This is where it gets very damn scary! This is where the self-appointed New Gods provide the proof that they are indeed the devil in disguise, and so mentally ill they don’t fit any framework for even the most gifted psychiatrist to classify. I wonder. Have you given any thought at all to the up front and in your face hypocrisy they have put on the plate for you to consume?? Or the brutality with which they demand that we obey? Their ruthlessness is the giveaway that will tell you who you are dealing with. Electric utilities are shutting off power to elderly people who do not want Smart Meters!! “We will install this dangerous device on your home, even though it’s not UL approved, no matter how sick you are”! “And if you are sick, you’ll pay through the nose to keep your old meter, you sucker”!
Think about these items from very small, to beyond all comprehension, when you hear their buzzwords the next time. On second thought, they have realized the world is waking up and have drawn up new buzzwords for their agenda, but here are the ones you are catching onto and are sick of already:
SUSTAINABILITY: From now on, The Gods say humans must be limited to sustainable activities and energy use. Yet they control the corporations that make terminator crop seeds that must be purchased every season, and create laws that make saving/storing seeds (sustainable) illegal. It doesn’t matter if nature ruins an entire crop, or the farmer commits suicide because he has no money for the next season’s planting. And it doesn’t matter if their concoctions fail by the thousands of acres, or that increasing tons of additional pesticides and herbicides must be used each year to control the unintended consequences created by GMO crop planting. One thing is for sure. We know that Monsanto’s Round-Up is as efficient as cyanide for killing yourself and destroying animal and insect species. Killing vast bee colonies that pollinate a huge segment of our food supply is oh-so sustainable! And when the scientists get close to proving who or what is responsible for bee colony collapse, the suspected responsible party (starts with an ‘M’) buys up that research facility to silence the truth.
It’s also very sustainable for our fuel supplies to prohibit from the American auto market, cars that are available to Europeans that get 78 MPG. Their answer is that they are “protecting the US economy”. VW and even Ford build them right here in the US, but we can’t have them! (those greedy over-consuming low life American humans!) I think we all know ‘who killed the electric car’, killed inventors, and stole or stifled technologies that could have helped wean us away from oil fuel decades ago. Maybe back then we would have even feared to tread on the nuclear power time bomb. And who has bought up, bought off, railroaded or squashed other countries or corporations who might have violated their mantra that ‘competition is a crime’. They also control the corporations that continue to over-package products that are used up in mere minutes or days, in heavy, thick containers made from petroleum products. Sure, we can recycle, but what good does that do when a huge barge owned by who knows who, dumps the whole shebang into the ocean? And rather than replace strict regulations on coal plants that our former president squashed, just go ahead and shut down one of our most plentifully mined energy minerals and the plants that provide much of our electricity. Now, I’m not big on strip mining, but what can we do when we are a century behind because ‘somebody’ controlled energy advances? How much more hypocritical can it get people? If I was writing a book about their definition of sustainability, and the BS they are shoving down our throats, it would weigh more than War and Peace! Oh, I forgot to mention The God’s plan to destroy hydro-electric dams all around the country that supply energy to hundreds of thousands of homes, in the name of their Agenda 21 “re-wilding” plan, the UN’s pet project to put the earth back to its natural condition! Could there be any more sustainable energy than mother nature’s renewable sources of life-giving rain water from natural weather patterns?? GREEN GROWTH: Before they start ‘growing’ anything, don’t you think it would be great to clean up the horrendous mess that their corporations have created in our lifetimes? How about the identified Superfund sites that still sit neglected after 30 years? How about facing the unthinkable quantity of planet killing spent nuclear fuel waste that is located around the country in pools at every nuclear generating plant, like so many gigantic bombs with the fuse already lit?? Has anyone wondered where all the world’s nuclear experts are, and why absolutely no single entity on earth has come together to help Japan stop the “biblical proportions” threat presented by the Fukushima nuclear meltdown???? Maybe by ‘green growth’ they mean all the new funny mutated plants that are showing up all over America.
How about calling a halt to the ‘geo-engineering the planet’ scheme that is spewing millions of tons of aluminum, barium, a multitude of other heavy metals, along with who knows what else, into the very air we breathe? Some say the cloud cover created by this scam is actually holding in the heat at surface level. ‘They’ claim that it’s reflecting the sun away, at the same time the artic glaciers are quickly melting, opening it up for oil drilling by competing countries and greedy drillers. So they are creating the problem while claiming they are fixing it. If carbon emissions are at such a dire level as to be threatening our demise at this very moment according to their hysteria, why is there no mention of the multi-millions of extra pounds of carbon fuel emissions from the worldwide mega-fleet of death spewing geo-engineering tanker planes??? What is so disgusting is how these so-called environmentalists got caught lying in a scandal called Climate-Gate, proving the ‘warming’ that their whole premise is based on, is a farce. People around the globe heard about it. However, our own president showed up at their Copenhagen global warming conference, acting like nothing happened at all, and jabbered on about how world ‘consensus’ was that the earth was warming. No matter how many times their crimes, lies and utter hypocrisy are exposed, they forge ahead as if it never happened! Geo-engineering by the way, is gravely affecting crop growth, killing trees and people, spoiling soils and polluting water, cutting solar panel efficiency, and making forest fires nearly explosive. Yup! Sounds like green growth to me! The ‘New Gods’ have a very different ideas than the God I was familiar with.
ENDANGERED SPECIES: With the blessing of NOAA, the US Navy is currently engaged in a five year war exercise plan off all US coasts. They will admittedly be ‘taking’ (harming/killing) up to 12 million sea mammals with sonar, missiles, electronic weapons, and all manner of chemical bomb tests. Evidently, they will be creating an all inclusive new category of ‘endangered species’. Sea life!! But plausible deniability will let them blame the Fukushima nuclear ‘accident’, or the human caused ocean ‘warming’ for the thousands of deaths of seals, whales and dolphins that are already evident.
‘They’ have also decided that the dwindling numbers of wild horses and donkeys on our western open ranges are over-grazing and ruining the environment. So the Bureau of Land Management has taken to cruel helicopter ‘round-ups’, using the chopper’s skids to prod and terrorize them, breaking up family herds and corralling them into holding areas for sale or slaughter. A great symbolic icon of American freedom, running with joy on the open land, is also about to be added to the ‘endangered species’ list. And yes, the New Gods are right! Some humans will be the cause of it.
On the other hand, whenever you see something unusual happening to (small) farmers and private ranchers, or the land and water rights they own that doesn’t seem quiet right, it’s because of some obscure ‘endangered’ animal or fish you never heard of that has recently appeared on the list that ‘they’ create. What is underway is the plot for huge land grabs in the name of that re-wilding plan for our country. ‘They’ want to restore the earth to its natural state of wonder where no man may tread or fly over. That is, except the water syphoning miners and drillers they will lease the land to, along with the ranges they’ll need for the 30,000 nuclear powered predator spy drones that are soon to be unleashed over all our heads.
INVASIVE SPECIES: I guess humans are soon to be listed in this new ‘to be destroyed’ category. According to The Gods, humanity is the scourge of our earth and the cause of its eminent demise. Excuse me, but isn’t contaminating real food crops, seeds, and replacing age old farming methods with laboratory seeds that are man made, using spliced and diced gene codes invasive to mother nature? They never required testing, or environmental studies, or informing the public that they were going to be consuming vast amounts of Frankenfood?? Why? Why was the infiltration of this technology hidden from view? Why were/are covert means used to spread this invasive species of life all over the earth? Why the need for billion dollar lawsuits brought by million dollar lawyers against any entity that dared to study and report, ban, or even label these killer foods? Why the need to smash down small and independent farmers who merely wanted to continue their crop growing and lives as they were, without being invaded (spied and trespassed on, then sued by Monsanto, the GMO giant)? The latest despicable display from The Gods was watching while farmers put their own livestock, on their own land, in the sites of their own firearms, and pulled the trigger! This atrocity was forced by the USDA on a Michigan farmer because his pigs were not the ‘right’ color and might someday escape the farms fences and turn feral!!! How many times do we have to ask ourselves what country or planet we are living on?
THE TRUTH: WE are destined to be the newly listed endangered species! According to The Gods, we are now the earth’s invasive species that must also be gunned down, as this report by Jurriaan Maessen from their current (newly named SD21+) Agenda 21 conference in Rio de Janeiro shows: (emphasis mine)
Their joint statement titled “ HYPERLINK “http://www.unep.org/pdf/pressreleases/Blue_Planet_synthesis_paper.pdf” Environment and Development Challenges: The Imperative to Act” was clearly designed to inspire the UN and its upcoming confab to make haste with global government. In their manifesto the impatient fiends call for a global implementation of population policies and rights being trampled upon in order to address what they call “the population issue”:
“The population issue should be urgently addressed by education and empowerment of women, including in the work-force and in rights, ownership and inheritance; health care of children and the elderly; and making modern contraception accessible to all.”, they write.
“Globally, we must find better means to agree and implement measures to achieve collective goals.”
The authors go on to assert that “in the face of an absolutely unprecedented emergency, society has no choice but to take dramatic action to avert a collapse of civilization. Either we will change our ways and build an entirely new kind of global society, or they will be changed for us.”
Decrying that “funding (for worldwide fertility control) decreased by 30% between 1995 and 2008, not least as a result of legislative pressure from the religious right in the USA and elsewhere”, the authors call for “education and planning needed to foster and achieve a sustainable human population and lifestyles.”
Now what do you think this means exactly, a sustainable human population? James Lovelock in 2009 gave us the answer, calling for the culling of the population with a desired outcome of 1 billion people worldwide.
Of all the eco-fascists penning down proposals, Paul Ehrlich may be considered the most bloodthirsty of the bunch- with his continuing insistence on massive population reduction. Few people need to be reminded of the words he wrote in Ecoscience which he HYPERLINK “http://zombietime.com/john_holdren/” co-authored with John P. Holdren, the current White House science czar. To highlight a few of these:
“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”
While Rome burns, as a result of The Gods self-created destruction, this is what these lunatics are plotting, planning, and desperate to implement. They know the world is onto them, and watching in amusement while they spew their grand ideas to control and fleece the rest of us forever. It seems they’ve become fed up with ‘leaders’ who are not getting rid of us quickly enough with their recommended covert soft means. They have taken matters into their own hands with little attempt to hide what is up. The list of attack methods is now there for everyone to see, if they will only look! Every manner of poison is being employed. I won’t bore you with that list, as I have done that already in a previous column titled “They Want Us Dead-Red Alert America”. This small group of demons can’t see past their wallets, which contain their hearts, their souls, and their gargantuan hubris of being the all powerful Gods. If we want to defeat them, before they destroy us, is aiming for the back pocket all we have to do? Would the real God please stand up!

The U.S. Government has a new ground-based "Star Wars" weapon which is being tested in the remote bush country of Alaska. This new system manipulates the environment in a way which can:
Disrupt human mental processes.
Jam all global communications systems.
Change weather patterns over large areas.
Interfere with wildlife migration patterns.
Negatively affect your health.
Unnaturally impact the Earth's upper atmosphere.
The U.S. military calls its zapper HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program). But this skybuster is not about the Northern Lights. The device will turn on lights never intended to be artifically manipulated.

A "Nobel Torsion Message" Over Norway? Part I

According to early news reports coming out of Norway, just hours ago ... a vast, rapidly expanding "spiral" suddenly appeared in the pre-dawn skies over its northern-most town, a fishing center called "Tromso" (above). Moments later, a corkscrewing "blue beam" seemed to emmanate from the exact center of the spiral toward the ground ....Then, as rapidly as this "glowing spiral" and central "beam" appeared ... the bright core of this rapidly rotating spiral abruptly disappeared ... to be immediately replaced by what could only be described as --
A pitch black, rapidly enlarging circle (below) -- looking eerily like "an expanding black hole ..."
Another "indispensable wonder" of the 21st Century Internet .... Of something "far more interesting" ....
A technology which -- with minor engineering effort -- could just as easily be turned into an almost unimaginable "torsion interferometry weapon" of mass destruction ... which, in a stroke, would usher in an even more terrifying "arms race" for the entire world ... if militarily deployed!?
While there's still time?
A torsion weapons technology which -- if utilized inside the Earth's electrified atmosphere -- would appear just like the mysterious "vortex appartition over Norway" ....

Agenda-Driven Response: HAARP and the Army's Land-Grab in Colorado
At the president's discretion, along with those covert councils who supervise him, and without congressional or constitutional oversight, fifteen Executive Branch Secretaries control all federal bureaucracies which exert dictatorial power over every aspect of our lives. These agencies and their many sub-agencies facilitate U.N. programs including Agenda 21, developed during the Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro, June 3-14, 1992. These regulatory, metastasized Departments are: Agriculture (1889), Commerce (1903), Defense (1947), Education (1979), Energy (1977), Health and Human Services (1953), Homeland Security (November 25, 2002, absorbed FEMA in 2003 which was created by Presidential Order on April 1, 1979), Housing and Urban Development (1965), Interior (1849), Labor (1913), State (1789), Transportation (1967), Treasury (1789), and Veterans Affairs (1988), and the Attorney General (1789).1
Significantly, under the Bilderberg-approved George W. Bush, cabinet-level status was granted to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA, created December 2, 1970) and to the U.S. Trade Representative (1962).2 In addition to power over our children through education, price of gas through manipulation of energy, etc., this allows a sitting president to bypass Congress regarding anything and everything that has to do with the environment - a veritable Pandora's Box. With cabinet-level status for the Trade Representative, the president may sign treaties without congressional approval. A declaration of war, once required, was quietly disbanded with the current, unconstitutional king's cabinet structure.
The elevation of the EPA was first attempted in March 1990 under G. H. W. Bush. He wanted it in time to celebrate Earth Day on April 22, 1990.3 Clinton also attempted to empower the EPA which, like FEMA and Nixon's 1972 Regional Councils, is divided into ten regions (for better control) - see maps. The EPA declares its Agenda 21 commitment, as noted on the web site.
The Army makes it perfectly clear that it intends to seize private property in southeastern Colorado. They don't "need" the land for training purposes - that is a pretext. They have sufficient mega military training bases in Iraq (along with the world's biggest and most expensive embassy), also on plundered land. The power of eminent domain is an oft-used seizure tactic; there are others. On February 4, 2008, Not 1 More Acre!, advocates for the beleaguered citizens of southeastern Colorado, said: "The Pentagon and its military contractors are continuing to push plans to more than triple the size of the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site in southeastern Colorado - in contravention of a law passed by Congress which forbids them to do so."
Remember, the Pentagon and the Department of Defense, since 1947, are under the jurisdiction of the king's cabinet. Congressional leaders, frequently indebted to campaign contributors and deep-pocketed lobbyists, go through the legislative motions and pass laws they can't or won't enforce. Many sincere officials are out-numbered by the compliant power-loving majority, who long ago abdicated their sworn responsibilities - just like those who handed America's financial resources to the Federal Reserve private bankers - the internationalist bankers who currently manage the president, his cabinet, elections and the monopoly media's talking heads.
Despite sounding conspiratorial, it is a fact that the U.S. has the capability of manipulating "the climate for military use." They have applied those "modification techniques" for "more than half a century" covertly maneuvering "weather patterns, communications and electric power systems as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the U.S. to disrupt and dominate entire regions" - against "enemy countries, friendly nations" or even, dare I say, the U.S. to "destabilize economies, ecosystems and agriculture."4
According to a top-secret congressional hearing held March 20, 1974, the military used weather modification in Vietnam and by 1977 was spending $2.8 million a year on weather-modification research; the same year that the United Nations banned the "hostile use of all environmental modification techniques." Allegedly, the U.S. discontinued all weather-modification research in 1979.5
HAARP, initiated in 1992 by Advanced Power Technologies, Inc. (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO) "was developed as part of an Anglo-American partnership between Raytheon Corporation "which owns the HAARP patents, and British Aerospace Systems (BAES). The HAARP project is one among several collaborative ventures in advanced weapons systems between the two defense giants. APTI (including the HAARP patents) was sold by ARCO to E-Systems Inc, in 1994."6
"BAES was involved in the development of the advanced stage of the HAARP antenna array under a 2004 contract with the Office of Naval Research. The installation of 132 high frequency transmitters was entrusted by BAES to its U.S. subsidiary, BAE Systems Inc. and their Electronic Warfare division. In September 2007, BAE Systems Inc. received the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) top award for "outstanding leadership and engineering innovation in designing, constructing, and activating the Defense Department's High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) instrument." "HAARP, the world's largest and most capable ionospheric research facility, will serve the U.S. scientific and defense communities for the next 30 to 50 years." HAARP was dedicated June 27, 2007 and is "jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and DARPA.78
The Department of Defense and the CIA, the president's enforcement agencies, has contracts with E-Systems, founded in 1964. The CIA is "the intelligence-gathering and covert-action arm of the president." It is not "some sort of independently run mythical loose cannon."9 E-Systems, owned by war-profiteer Raytheon since 1994, "manufactures and distributes electronic systems and communications networks, including electronic warfare equipment, navigation and reconnaissance machinery, and highly sophisticated spying devices."10 In the early 1970s, E-Systems installed communications equipment on the President's Air Force One.11 This created an airborne command post for the Pentagon and the White House. This "Doomsday Plane" enables the president to manage a nuclear war.12
Although, there is no hard evidence that HAARP has or will be used for military purposes, the involvement of the Department of Defense would decidedly suggest such use. After all, they are not recognized for life and health improvement studies. Advanced technology and weaponry would provide ample opportunities to achieve their ultimate "full spectrum dominance," including the "globalization of the world's economy."13
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) "has a mandate 'to assess scientific, technical and socioeconomic information relevant for the understanding of climate change.' This mandate includes environmental warfare. 'Geo-engineering' is acknowledged, but the underlying military applications are neither the object of policy analysis or scientific research in the thousands of pages of IPCC reports and supporting documents, based on the expertise and input of some 2,500 scientists, policymakers and environmentalists."14 How convenient - just ignore the horrific possibilities and implications.
HAARP was unable to detect the "precise location of tunnels and underground shelters which was defined as a "serious weakness in the Department of Defense plans for precision attacks on hardened targets and for counter proliferation." Therefore, increased funding of $75 million a year was allotted, in May 1994, for further research.15
Residents of southeastern Colorado had already suffered through seven years of drought, accompanied by major financial losses due to the skyrocketing cost of hay, for which there was no assistance.16 Benefits, financial or otherwise, are typically and repeatedly extended to well-connected corporations - rarely to independent, struggling producers.
Then in December 2006, two back to back blizzards delivered record snow volume of 3 to 4 feet, with snow drifts as high as 10 to 18 feet causing financial losses of at least $500 million, economically devastating the people.17 During the storms, between 10,000 and 15,000 cattle perished from starvation and exposure. The numbers increased as the snow melted and more carcasses were revealed. The area affected was home to "345,000 head of cattle and calves, 23,500 head of producing sows and 112,000 head of sheep and lambs."18 Livestock contributes 70% to Colorado's agricultural gross product."19
The record storms forced "the closures of Interstate Highways 25, 76 and 70, as well as U.S. Routes 350, 36 and 85." Following Holiday Blizzards I and II, as they were named, more than a foot of additional snow fell on January 4-5, bringing the total snowfall for 16 days to more than 80 inches in some areas.20
On January 16, 2007, newly elected Governor Bill Ritter wrote to U.S. Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns asking for federal "financial assistance to offset livestock and agricultural losses and to help prevent additional cattle deaths." Additionally, he sought funds to "help cover" the costs of "snow removal and emergency rescue operations." Ritter wanted the USDA to "declare the following counties disaster areas: Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Lincoln, Otero and Prowers counties,"21 some of the same land that the Army had targeted for seizure.
The federal government offered emergency "loans" to the ranchers and farmers, people who already had burdensome bank loans.22 The state also offered funds for "the rescue and recovery of livestock." But, the most immediate help came from other ranchers - neighbors helping neighbors. Legislation was approved for those who suffered livestock losses based on a presidential disaster declaration. Ranchers then counted on federal help.23
Unfortunately, there were restrictions. According to their disaster declarations, "thousands of dead cattle" apparently were not "enough of a disaster" for the U.S. Department of Agriculture who "denied disaster relief and the attendant low-interest loans" to the ten Army-targeted counties devastated by the blizzards in southeast Colorado.24 Lack of assistance might force some discouraged ranchers to sell their land. Although ranchers were not "holding their breath" for state or federal relief, such relief was desired and somewhat expected, given other disaster declarations programs instigated by FEMA and the USDA.25
Governor Ritter expressed disappointment over assistance conditions that were impossible to meet. It was an additional setback to ranchers and farmers who watched their livelihoods dissolve after "prolonged drought followed by devastating storms." Ritter, along with a state delegation appealed the USDA decision against granting low-interest loans. However, the ranchers had "sustained such terrific losses that more bank loans" would not have kept "them from going under."26
The Emergency Farm Relief Act of 2007, in the works for several years, would have provided payments to ranchers for livestock losses due to floods, wildfires, hurricanes and blizzards. However, USDA denial was based on its assessment that the counties had not suffered 30 percent production losses - not economic losses."27 "One factor leading to the limited assistance was that livestock do not fall under USDA crop disaster designations, since livestock are not a crop."28
Additionally, freezing rain during those December 2006 storms resulted in "significant ice accumulation" causing "tens of thousands of people" in the five affected states to lose electrical power, "paralyzing much of the Great Plains. Ice accumulation also downed trees and communication towers."29
"The worst victims of the December storms, particularly in Colorado's High Plains, were cattle; thousands were trapped by heavy snow and strong winds, which created drifts up to 20 feet in some areas. Strong north winds caused unbelievable blizzard conditions, with drifts as tall as two-story buildings."30
That blizzard may affect cattle reproduction for years to come. Bulls experienced reproductive problems "due to frozen testicles." Cows whose embryos died in early pregnancy due to the cold were vulnerable to deadly infections. Large numbers of "stillborn or aborted calves" resulted in a decreased "number of replacement females. Such reproductive problems resulting from the blizzard may have an economic impact for the next three to five years."31
Some hay deliveries arrived weeks later, too late for the deceased cows. "Some ranchers felt the distribution could have been timelier in execution. Ranchers and farmers have not received federal disaster relief and emergency aid, such as money for livestock rescue and recovery."32 Too little, too late - just like New Orleans and currently, Iowa. FEMA immediately responded on 9/11. Debris, which may have provided evidence, was hurriedly cleared away, an anomaly in such circumstances. The EPA, also very quickly, declared that the toxic air was harmless. People, trusting authority, accepted the falsehood. Many individuals developed serious health problems and have since died.
Colorado applicants for assistance had to leap through numerous hoops despite very public, appeasing, sympathetic rhetoric and philanthropic performances associated with the Presidential Snow Emergency Declarations. One may view the After Action Report. Yes, folks, we can trust the government - NOT!

Digital TV - Mind Control by Sound of Silence

This is an extremely timely and important essay. It overviews a secret Pentagon psychotronics technology known as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) that has been fully operational since the early 1990s. I first found out about the use of this technology from Al Bielek in a 1992 video he made with Vladimir Terziski. This technology was used against battle-hardened Iraqi troops fortified in deep underground bunkers in Kuwait and Iraq in the first Gulf War in January of 1991. The physical, emotional, and psychological effects of this technology were so severe that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi troops surrended en masse without firing even a single shot against US led coalition forces. The numbers reported in the news were staggering: 75,000 and then another 125,000 (or more) Iraqi troops would come out of their deep desert bunkers waving white flags and falling to their knees before approaching US troops and literally kiss their captor’s boots or hands if given the opportunity.Why would eight year veterans of Middle Eastern warfare (with Iran 1980-1988) behave this way?
Simple. They were subjected to a technology that was so extreme and incomprehensible that they were suddenly reduced to the level of compliant children and felt grateful to still be alive in the wake of their mind-wrenching experience.This technology is about to be used, albeit in a more subtle fashion, against American citizens in a highly classified and covert operation to mind control and manipulate the entire population into ‘compliance’ with our New World order overlords. - Since when is the government so concerned about the visual quality of our televised entertainment that congress would pass an undebated statutory proclamation which mandated that the HD conversion take place on Feb. 17, 2009 and and then subsidize about 90% of the associated cost?
I’m only guessing, but if there are 200 million “regular” televisions in America to be converted into HD, then that $40 in government subsidy per TV × 200,000,000 = $8 billion.
- Why is the government so anxious to spend 8 billion dollars on her citizens to improve the clarity of a TV picture?

THE SOUND OF SILENCE
The Antithesis of FreedomThe year was 1961, and John Kennedy was soon to become the 35th President. Shortly before Kennedy’s inauguration, President Dwight D. Eisenhower shocked the nation and the world with his televised farewell speech. The speech’s content was shocking because General Eisenhower was a very popular war hero, and American military might was second to none.Eisenhower, a highly decorated five-star general, was the Supreme Commander of all allied forces during World War II. It was Eisenhower’s leadership during the Normandy invasion that ultimately freed Europe from the Nazi scourge.Incredibly, in his farewell address, this great American hero did not warn the nation of the budding communist threat or the horrors of nuclear proliferation. No, not at all!
Instead, this career military genius poignantly and soberly declared to this great nation:
“… We have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast
proportions. Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly
engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security
more than the net income of all United States corporations.“This conjunction of
an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the
American experience. The total influence — economic, political, even spiritual —
is felt in every city, every state house, every office of the federal
government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must
not fail to recognize its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood
are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.“In the councils of
government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence,
whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential
for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must
never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or our
democratic processes.”
Here we have a career military officer, and sitting US President warning the nation in his final farewell speech, that something called “unwarranted influence by the military-industrial complex” poses an extremely dangerous threat to our Free Republic society. According to Eisenhower, this threat “exists and will persist.”To President Eisenhower, in January of 1961, this evil was a much greater threat to America than Castro’s Cuba or Kruschev’s Soviet Union. What exactly could have happened in the “military-industrialist” establishment that would have caused Eisenhower to issue such a strongly worded warning?
Improved machine gun production? Nope. Battleship production? Nope. Nuclear submarines? Nope. Proliferation of nuclear warheads? A concern of course, but a concern that most Americans were fully aware of.No, obviously what caused Eisenhower such deep concern had to be something much more pervasively shadowy, dark and secret. Some new, covert, technology had clearly emerged that had the very real potential to provide certain individuals with the “acquisition of unwarranted influence” that in turn would “endanger our liberties or our democratic processes” (i.e., our free and fair election process). In other words, it had the clear potential to circumvent the voice of the people and completely empower un-elected power mongers.Eisenhower, I would submit, was warning America about something called the “Sound of Silence”.Eisenhower was an honest and patriotic American. Like Marine Corp General Smedley Butler, who decades earlier declared to Congress that “War is a Racket,” Ike knew that such absolute power and total covert control over the minds and hearts of individual citizens would corrupt society absolutely.
He also knew and understood, as did the German philosopher Goethe:
“No man is more hopelessly enslaved, than he who falsely believes that he is
free.”
Therefore, he issued his strong, concluding warning to America. Today, this author must do no less.The Sound of Silence is a military-intelligence code word for certain psychotronic weapons of mass mind-control tested in the mid-1950s, perfected during the 70s, and used extensively by the “modern” US military in the early 90s, despite the opposition and warnings issued by men such as Dwight David Eisenhower.This mind-altering covert weapon is based on something called subliminal carrier technology, or the Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) (also nicknamed S-Quad or “Squad” in military jargon). It was developed for military use by Dr. Oliver Lowery of Norcross, Georgia, and is described in US Patent #5,159,703 — “Silent Subliminal Presentation System” for commercial use in 1992.
The patent abstract reads:
“A silent communications system in which non-aural carriers, in the very low
(ELF) or very high audio-frequency (VHF) range or in the adjacent ultrasonic
frequency spectrum, are amplitude- or frequency-modulated with the desired
intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement
into the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or
piezoelectric transducers.
The modulated carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic, or optical media for delayed or repeated transmission to the listener.”
In layman’s terms, this device, this “Sound of Silence” simply allows for the unwarranted implantation of specific thoughts, emotions, and even prescribed physical actions into unsuspecting human beings.
In short, it has the very real ability to turn human beings into mere puppets in the hands of certain “controllers,” or puppet-masters.Eisenhower knew full well what such a “weapon” could do in the hands of greedy, conspiring men and women scheming to control the planet. It could easily result in the takeover of American society without a single bullet being fired.
This is what he was warning America about, this is the “combination” he feared above all others.
- Have the leaders of America ignored Ike’s warning?
- Have conspiring and evil men and women utilized this diabolical technology on unsuspecting Americans and others outside of our borders?
- If so, will they continue to utilize the technology through the medium of television and radio?
This exposé will attempt to answer these questions, and give the reader a clear picture of exactly who made the decisions to use the “Sound of Silence” in both war and peace.On March 23, 1991, a news brief was released in the form of an ITV News Bureau Ltd (London) wire service bulletin entitled “High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East.” This was during the administration of George Bush Sr., during “Operation Desert Storm,” and describes in remarkable detail a US Psychological Operations (psy-ops) covert operation successfully deployed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait.Saddam Hussein’s vaunted “Republican Guard” crack troops were promising Bush “the mother of all battles” with many thousands of dead coalition troops. On paper, it looked convincing. Hussein’s Republican Guard troops were battle-hardened veterans of the 10 year war with Iran, while coalition troops were unblooded. The Iraqis had modern weaponry and were well trained in how to use it.Something very strange happened, however. The “mother of all battles” ended before it began, as literally hundreds of thousands of Iraqi soldiers surrendered en masse without even firing a shot!Here is what the British press reported on the incident (while the American press was censored):
“… an unbelievable and highly classified psy-ops program utilizing ‘Silent Sound’ techniques was successfully deployed. The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein’s military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHz frequency.
The US psy-ops team set up its own portable FM transmitter, utilizing the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. This US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, psy-ops transmitted ‘vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information.“Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work, however. A sophisticated electronic system designed to ‘speak’ directly to the mind of the listener; to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain’s electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns and thus artificially implant negative emotional states —- feelings of intense fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness were created in the Iraqi troops.
This incredibly effective subliminal system doesn’t just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that emotion in their minds.”
While utilizing such a “non-lethal” covert psy-ops weapon resulted in many lives being saved, both American, Coalition, as well as Iraqi, the question begs to be asked:
How can Americans be assured that such a weapon is not being used on them by “Big Brother” on a daily basis?
Moreover, why was the real story behind the mass Iraqi surrenders censored so completely from the American people?
Typically, secrecy of this nature is only employed when the subject is morally offensive, or when the powers that be wish to continue to deploy the subject without public scrutiny or oversight, or both.
Clearly, if such a device employed covertly on Americans could result in “unwarranted influence” over a society, as Eisenhower warned, I submit the majority of Americans would be completely outraged and incensed, and rightfully so. Therefore, of course the technology would need to remain hidden away.Officially, the Sound of Silence (S-quad) technology does not exist, just as the US Government officially denies the existence of UFOs and Area 51 (Groom Lake) in the Nevada desert. However, the physical realities cannot be ignored by the rational and logical mind.For instance, during the first Gulf war, the man who most likely ordered the deployment of the Sound of Silence was Major General Albert (Bert) Stubblebine, who was the Commanding General of the US Army’s Intelligence School and Center, as well as the Army’s Electronic Research and Development Command (ERADCOM) as well as the Army’s Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
In short, Albert Stubblebine was the Army’s liaison with the CIA and Naval Intelligence operatives (ONI), and as head of ERADCOM, he would of necessity have had complete working knowledge of the Sound of Silence weaponry, if indeed it truly exists.He was the US Army’s top spy-boss, and of course, was privy to all its secrets. Now retired from active duty following a 32 year career, General Stubblebine has combined with his wife, Rima Laibow to form something called the Natural Solutions Foundation, supposedly dedicated to fighting all health freedom threats to individuals including Codex Alimentarius, vaccinations, and of course the FDA Gestapo.On their website, http://www.healthfreedomusa.org/ one can read this about Albert N. Stubblebine:
“Many of the innovations he developed helped the US to conduct the First Gulf
War effectively and swiftly with a very low casualty rate.”
But of course, such “innovations” are never fully disclosed to Americans and are officially non-existent.
With all due respect to General Stubblebine and shadowy power-brokers such as Frank Carlucci and Donald Rumsfeld, this author concurs whole-heartedly with General Eisenhower, and I declare that such posturing and secrecy with weapons of mind-control constitutes indeed an “acquisition of unwarranted power and influence” and has absolutely no place in a free and open society — no matter how many soldier’s lives it may save on the battlefield. The potential for massive misuse and abuse of such immense controlling power is simply too great.Furthermore, with all due respect Mr. Stubblebine, is he and Rima Laibow using the cover of Natural Health activistism to hide their true agenda? Could this hidden agenda be the covert promotion and testing of Sound of Silence equipment and technology commercially throughout the world?
… Immediately after “retiring” from the army, General Stubblebine took a
position as the “VP for Intelligence Systems” with Braddock, Dunn, and McDonald
(BDM), a major defense contractor owned by the shadowy Carlyle Group and ex-Defense Secretary Frank Carlucci of Iran-Contra infamy…
Since the Sound of Silence machine technology was patented for “privatization” commercial applications by Dr. Lowery on October 27, 1992 , it clearly opened the door to private defense contractors such as BDM to develop their own “intelligence systems”. It would then make sense to employ General Stubblebine as a consultant.
Of course, what would then stop BDM from quietly marketing and selling the Sound of Silence to large corporations tied to Wall Street?For example, imagine utilizing the Sound of Silence in a large Wal-Mart store, mixing the ELF waves with background music to subliminally brainwash dishonest shoppers not to engage in shoplifting? Such a device would save Sam Walton many millions of dollars in lost revenue every year.Suppose also that a young, black man from Illinois was given access to, and was able to utilize the S-quad Sound of Silence technology in his public speeches, radio and 30-minute television “infomercials” — all programmed and designed by “handlers” to illicit strong emotional responses from audience members who then are merely “hearing without listening.”Moreover, what if televisions across the US and Canada all went 100% digital [to be mandatory in Feb. 2009] in their signals (in order to successfully link to GWEN towers) which would allow the unrestricted use of the Sound of Silence frequencies in a complete and massive control of the nation’s mind and consciousness?I am telling you that is exactly what is happening. President Eisenhower was absolutely correct, and his worst fears were indeed well founded!
The military-industrialist complex has quietly completed the takeover of the nation’s consciousness, and thus its very soul.

Again, the absolute secrecy surrounding the development and deployment of the electromagnetic mind-altering technology of the Sound of Silence in a very real way reflects the tremendous power that is inherent in it. This is why Eisenhower knew that he had to warn the nation about it back in 1961. To put it bluntly, whoever controls this technology literally has the power to control the minds of men — all men and women everywhere.Of course, whoever controls the minds of all humans, controls the wealth and destiny of planet Earth.
Furthermore, Stubblebine, as commander of Army Intelligence would likely follow the prescribed manual of all covert ops, such as is found in a declassified US manual for the planned subversion and coup of the government of Nicaragua. The manual instructs the CIA “guerilla forces” to engage in different “false front” organizations designed to win the respect, trust, and influence of the enemy.
Once complete trust and confidence is achieved by means of the activities of the “false front,” then the destruction of the enemy by means of misdirection and disinformation tactics can more easily be executed.I would submit there is no better “false front” to infiltrate in America than Natural Health proponents, for they are typically healthier, better informed, and more dedicated to preserving individual freedoms and fighting tyranny than other Americans. Thus, there could be no better “false front” to establish, and there is clearly no more potentially vicious wolf hiding in sheep’s clothing than the man who knows more about the Sound of Silence secret deployment than any other human…There is ample evidence that certain elitists in America and Israel plan to definitely extend the capacity of this technology to encompass all people on every continent. A key to this is the HAARP project where ELF and VHF frequencies can indeed be beamed off of the Earth’s ionosphere to various GWEN towers world-wide.Of course, the US Government officially denies all of this, telling the talking heads of the controlled news media that the GWEN towers are merely private cell-phone towers with no ulterior agenda, and therefore anybody who thinks otherwise is a lunatic-fringe conspiracy nut.The evidence to the contrary, however is clear and unequivocal. Dr Michael Persinger is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada.
Concerning this subject, Dr Persinger writes:
“Temporal lobe stimulation can evoke the feeling of a presence, disorientation,
and perceptual irregularities. It can activate images stored in the subject’s
memory, including nightmares and monsters that are normally suppressed.
Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by
which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific
code.
Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz.”
Dr Persinger concludes the article by writing:
“Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but
which is now feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence
directly the major portion of the approximately 6.5 billion brains of the human
species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating
neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the
species are immersed.“The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have
ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the
social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation.
Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies
requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and
implications within the scientific and public domain.”
How can one have an “open discussion” on the subject when government circles continually deny the existence of such technology?

Paul Simon/Paul Kane’s musical work in the early 1960’s was primarily as a contracted songwriter in the famed “Brill Building machine.”
He would write songs for other artists to record. He did try his hand at performing, however. He wrote many ballads and rockabilly tunes which were recorded, both by Paul and his mildly-successful Tico and the Triumphs.
Paul also had a famous collaborator, Carole Kane (who changed her name to Carol King).Paul Simon, whose family was part of the military-industrialist complex, was very likely a product of the early 1960s military experimentation in Silent Sound mind control, which is clearly what the lyrics of “The Sound of Silence” convey to those “in the know”.

Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) & the All-Digital TV Broadcast Signal: Connection?
Ever since first hearing of it last spring, I’ve had a deepening sense of foreboding – an unnamed dread of the upcoming shift to an all-digital television broadcast signal, scheduled to occur in February 2009. Now, I believe, that nameless dread may have a name, after all.
The Department of Defense calls it Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), and it also goes by the name of S-quad or Squad. In the private sector, the technology goes by the name of Silent Subliminal Presentation System and the technology has also been released to certain corporate vendors who have attached catchy brand names like BrainSpeak Silent Subliminals to their own SSSS-based products.
Whatever you call it, SSSS is a technology that uses subliminal programming that is carried over Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) broadcast waves, planting inaudible messages directly into the subconscious human mind.
Perfected more than twenty years ago by the Department of Defense and battlefield-tested upon unwitting Iraqi soldiers serving in the army of Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War during 1991, SSSS is a sinister weapon that may have been been developed for a specific mission: the total subjugation of the American people.
Whether SSSS is coupled with the new all-digital TV signal as its means of delivery into the minds of an unsuspecting U.S. populace or not, it can be deployed by many different devices, including HAARP and GWEN towers, which would effectively blanket the entire nation at once. In fact, Judy Wall says that “there is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilising the nearly completed HAARP project for overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.”
But the most insidious aspect of SSSS is that it is completely undetectable by those being targeted. Because it delivers its subliminal programming directly to the human brain via the auditory sense at frequencies that humans are incapable of perceiving as sound, there is no defense against it. Everyone on the planet is equally susceptible to mind control via SSSS and there isn’t any escape from it, as the UHF waves can be transmitted over very long distances from remotely located sources and will pass through walls and other objects as if they are not there. UHF is the frequency (100mhz) that has been used for television and radio broadcasting for as long as these media have existed. SSSS is designed to utilize UHF as a carrier wave.
Even more insidious, though, is the fact that, coupled with the use of supercomputers, an individual’s unique electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns can be digitally altered and then stored for rebroadcast via digital UHF. According to Judy Wall, editor and publisher of Resonance, the newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group, these computer-enhanced EEGs “can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude ‘emotion signature clusters,’ synthesise them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it.” These modified emotion signature clusters can then be broadcast over UHF carrier frequencies (i.e., regular TV and radio signals) directly into the brain where they can then “silently trigger the same basic emotion in another human being.” In other words, if the emotional signature cluster for, say, a feeling of hopelessness and despair is being fed directly into your brain via unseen radio waves, you will feel those emotions. The implications of this are, quite literally, mind boggling.

HAARP Weather Modification for Weather Warfare
HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is the American military’s plan to manipulate the world’s ionosphere, and can create earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, jam all global communications, 
In the video Dr. Nick Begich discusses HAARP. HAARP technology is the ultimate radio frequency microwave weapons system disguised as a research instrument. Publicity gives the impression that HAARP is an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. I can see how it could be used in much more sinister ways, and according to U.S. military documents — HAARP aims to “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes”.
The Air Force site I found the paper on moved or deleted it, but you can check out the unclassified Air Force Weather Modification For Warfare paper called Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning The Weather 2025 on the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) website.
In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of “Star Wars,” otherwise known as the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). There is scientific evidence proving that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability to potentially trigger floods, droughts, hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes. Now you might say the military gave up Star Wars, but read on to see the truth.
Bertell depicts HAARP as “a gigantic heater that can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet.”

The US Air Force claims:
“The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations… Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent, and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop… One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena.”
The United States congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the Earth with signals bounced off the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. Way back in 1996, the US Senate set aside US $15 million to develop this ability: Earth-penetrating tomography, with millions and millions more set aside every year since then.
The problem with earth-penetrating tomography is that the frequency needed for Earth-penetrating radiations is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It also has profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.
As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, Bernard J. Eastlund (patent holder and developer of some of the HAARP technology, bragged that the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather. Begich and Manning brought to light government documents indicating that the military has weather-control technology. When HAARP is eventually built to its full power level, it could create weather effects over entire hemispheres. If one government experiments with the world’s weather patterns, what is done in one place will impact everyone else on the planet. Bernard J. Eastlund’s US Patent #4,686,605, “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere”, was sealed for a year under a government secrecy order.
Part of what HAARP is doing now is what was first sketched out by President Ronald Reagan in 1983 as the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), quickly dubbed “Star Wars”. The military said they gave up Star Wars. They convinced congress that it was never fully developed or deployed. What a joke, because in January of 2007 the Czechoslovakian government gave the go-ahead for a US ’son of star wars’ base.

And just last Wednesday April 16, 2008 the Czech Humanist Movement, a group of Czechoslovakian peace activists, posted an international petition against the possible stationing of a US radar base in their homeland. The petition is called No Star Wars. The movement plans to launch a billboard campaign promoting the petition in the Czech Republic later this week. The statement accompanying the petition says that “The implementation of this project is… generating a new arms race and is the first step towards the militarization and control of space.”
The US government must clearly understand that it is not carrying out a dialogue with the Czech people, but with a minority that does not represent the will of the majority of Czech citizens. Americans must clearly understand that the American government’s policies are generating a widespread feeling of “anti-Americanism”.

And don’t even think that it is just the American government involved in these creepy research projects. The British Royal Air Force (RAF) and Western scientists engaged in Operation Cumulus in 1952, which, according to an August 2001 BBC broadcast, was a rainmaking project that led to 35 flood-related deaths in Devon, it was an artificially created man made disaster, instead of a natural disaster. Declassified documents show that in 1953 the British military and their allies experimented with increasing rain and snow by artificial means in hopes of “bogging down enemy movement.” Perhaps more shocking, the documents showed that they contemplated the possibility of “exploding an atomic weapon in a seeded storm system or cloud.” This would produce a far wider area of radioactive contamination than a normal atomic explosion.
