Why not name Jesuit superior general Adolfo Nicolas to that post, and rename him Czar Nicolas III? The constant allusions to Czars is really anachronistic especially when Russia hasn't had one since 1917; It's been almost 100 years.

Meanwhile, our president is in Russia home of the KGB; while we continue to name Czars: O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave...
