I highly doubt it. If it were an entity trying to copy each and every post, they would have ended by now?
It's been happening 24 hours a day for at least 8 months!
Why would it take it so long?
I have 12,000 or so posts on this site; Let's say they index the site for 24 hours? Let's figure they have done this for 5 months, and we multiply them by 30 days, it equals 150 days. So, 150 days multiplied by 24 hours equals 3600 (hours). If thy index continually for 5 months they would have done so for 3,600 Hours. If they indexed 12,000 post in 3,600 Hours? How many will they have indexed 4 per hour?
Not possible my friend. They are perpetually searching my blog. Doing so for 24 hours a day, multiplied by 60 minutes (per Hour), equals 1440 minutes a day.
It's inconceivable that in 5 to 8 months they have not been able to index, scan, scrutinize every single word, symbol, number, picture, and video?
It's instead either the NSA, or some other surveillance entity watching my site and possibly impeding some folks from seeing stuff they may not want too many 'Conspiracy Theorists' to see.
1984 was 31 years ago, and we have accepted way more surveillance and monitoring than what was foretold in that novel. The New World Order is worse than what we had imagined since Y2K and 9/11;
