In a unanimous decision, the high court sided with Senate Republicans and limited the president's power to fill high-level vacancies with temporary appointments. I don't particularly disagree with the ruling, but, I wonder...
Why are 318* Million People Beholden to 9?
Especially, when those '9' are not representative of the citizenry.
6 of the current 9 U. S.Supreme Court Justices are Roman Catholic, and the other 3 are Jews. (http://www.factmonster.com/us/supreme-court/supreme-court-members.html)
We hear of Supreme Court rulings on Same-Sex marriages, Barriers around Abortion Clinics, the EPA, etc.
They are handing down one ruling after another, yet, the are not a representative 'specimen' of the demographics of the Constitutional Republic called the United States of America.
I wonder how much longer will it be before they hand us a National Sunday Law?
Afterall, the Sabbath and Marriage were two institutions established by the Creator of the World in EDEN, right after creation of Earth and its first man and woman. That's when Adam and Eve were married by God Almighty. Ever since then these two institutions have been perpetual, 7th day Sabbath rest and Marriage between Men and Women. Now, there is a trend accelerating in momentum towards erasing all distictions between men and women taking place in our halls of justice, and demanding the courts to legitimize homosexuals and lesbians through marriage.
If courts have and will continue to discard the Lord established Institution of Marriage so deliberately;
How long will it be before they trample upon the Lord's 7th day Sabbath tradition?
It's only a matter of time!
When Sunday observance shall be enforced by law, and the world shall be enlightened concerning the obligation of the true Sabbath, then whoever shall transgress the command of God to obey a precept which has no higher authority than that of Rome, will thereby honor popery above God. He is paying homage to Rome, and to the power which enforces the institution ordained by Rome. He is worshiping the beast and his image.
As men then reject the institution which God has declared to be the sign of His authority, and honor in its stead that which Rome has chosen as the token of her supremacy, they will thereby accept the sign of allegiance to Rome—“the mark of the beast.” And it is not until the issue is thus plainly set before the people, and they are brought to choose between the commandments of God and the commandments of men, that those who continue in transgression will receive “the mark of the beast.”
