Over 1,500 Migrants SWARM Into Spain During Chaotic Mass Border Crossing

New York Post

Jul 30, 2026

Thousands of migrants streamed into the tiny Spanish territory of Ceuta from Morocco on Thursday, prompting local officials to call on Spain to declare a national emergency and send the army to restore the frontier.

Spain’s interior ministry said it would guarantee the safety of citizens and the integrity of the nation’s border, but that the government could not declare a national emergency over migration concerns.

“The situation is absolute chaos,” said Rachid Sbihi, head of the association that represents Spain’s Civil Guard officers in Ceuta, who police the border. “It’s not possible to give precise numbers, but there are thousands of migrants crossing,” he said, adding that the border had “totally collapsed.”

Religious Liberty Essential to Preserving Life

(Zimmytws/Dreamstime.com

Monday, 27 July 2026 09:53 AM EDT

Religious liberty is more than the freedom to hold private beliefs — it is the freedom to live according to one's faith in public life. The recommendations recently presented by the Religious Liberty Commission to President Trump reinforce the principle that Americans should never have to choose between following their faith and following the law.

This has particular impact on Americans who fight every day to protect children in the womb from the violence of abortion. Concerns for such Americans came up in one way or another in every one of the hearings that the Religious Liberty Commission held.

The anti-abortion movement is rooted in the very American conviction that every human life deserves equal protection under the law, despite its age.

That conviction, coupled with the American belief in peaceful protest, motivates those who are anti-abortion to stand for hours outside abortion facilities, enduring the hostile stares and words - and occasional vicious beatings - from abortion advocates in the hope of changing the mind of one mother, of saving one baby.

These same Americans believe that mothers and fathers need day to day support, and the pregnancy help movement provides such support across the country.

So often maligned for being "fake clinics" because they do not perform abortion, these vitally important centers are almost exclusively started and staffed with people of faith who are trying not to impose their faith on others but to use it to lead mothers and fathers to a much better choice than abortion.

Yet these centers are constantly harassed in abortion-friendly states and all too often find themselves embroiled in lawsuits or fighting unjust laws.

The First Amendment wins every time, with these suits settled in favor of pregnancy centers. Religious liberty helps protect the ability to advocate for life without compromising sincerely held beliefs.

One of the commission's key recommendations is to clarify the proper understanding of the Establishment Clause and the separation of church and state.

The Separation of Church and State | Straight Talk, episode 19 (Tim Rumsey)

Pathway to Paradise Ministries

Jul 29, 2026  Straight Talk: The Religious Liberty Podcast

The separation of church and state has served this country well for nearly 250 years. If morality is declining, let the churches start preaching truth once again. If attacks against Christians continue, let the courts fulfill their appointed duty and administer justice. But don't eradicate the separation that has protected both church and state from each other, and granted religious liberty to millions of people of all faiths.

Dr. Anthony Fauci's Jesuit Education Helped Prepare Him for This AMDG: A Jesuit Podvast

Listen ▶️ here

As the COVID-19 pandemic has descended upon the United States over the past three months, today's guest, Dr. Anthony Fauci, has become a household name thanks to his expertise and his clear and calm communication style.

Though many of us have just learned about his work recently, Dr. Fauci has been in public service for decades, directing the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984. If there’s been a widespread infectious disease you’ve heard about, Dr. Fauci worked on it, from HIV to Ebola to Zika. His impact on public health both here and around the world is incalculable.

Dr. Fauci is also a product of Jesuit education, and he credits his years at Regis High School in New York City and the College of the Holy Cross as helping to lay the groundwork for his career. Host Mike Jordan Laskey asks him what he found distinctive about his Jesuit education, what his typical day looks like mid-pandemic, and where we stand right now in our fight against this dreadful disease.

Haiti’s cardinal and U.S. bishops lead Mass of Solidarity as Haitian immigrants face losing their TPS status

As an estimated 350,000 Haitian immigrants to the United States face losing their Temporary Protected Status and confront the possibility of having to move back to their country that is plagued by gang violence and political instability, Cardinal Chibly Langlois of Les Cayes, Haiti, celebrated a Mass of Solidarity on July 28 with the Haitian community and those impacted by changes to immigration policy.

The concelebrants at the Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Takoma Park, Maryland, included Archbishop Thomas G. Wenski of Miami; Archbishop Robert G. Casey of Cincinnati; Bishop Jacques Fabre-Jeune, CS, of Charleston, South Carolina; and 10 priests, including priests from Haiti serving Haitian immigrants in the United States, priests whose religious orders serve in Haiti, and priests whose parishes have longstanding outreach programs there.

The Mass was celebrated in French, with the choir singing songs in Haitian Creole, French and Latin.

As he opened his homily, Cardinal Langlois said, “Today we gather to bring before God the pain, sorrow, and anxiety of the Haitian community in the United States as they face the consequences of the end of Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This celebration is a profound gesture of solidarity by the Church in the United States and the Church in Haiti with more than 350,000 people who now find themselves in this difficult situation. We gather not only to pray, but also to remind one another that we are one family in Christ. When one member of the Body of Christ suffers, the whole Body suffers with it.”

Referencing the reading at the Mass from the prophet Jeremiah, the cardinal said, “Many families are living with fear and uncertainty. Yet Jeremiah teaches us something important: even when God's people feel abandoned, they never stop turning to Him. They lift up their eyes to the Lord, asking for healing, mercy, and deliverance. We bring our anxieties before God, but we do not lose hope.”

New York Democrats Vote to Ban Mother and Father From State Law Replacing With Gestating Parent

Daily Beltway Jun 4, 2026

 Jun 4, 2026
New York Democrats have launched an unprecedented assault on traditional family language by passing legislation that would eliminate the words mother and father from all state law. The bill, which has cleared both chambers of the state legislature, now sits on Governor Kathy Hochul's desk awaiting her signature. If enacted, this radical measure would replace mother with gestating parent and father with non-gestating parent across every family court proceeding, domestic relations statute, and education code throughout the Empire State.

The legislation sailed through the New York State Senate this week after previously passing the Assembly, marking a significant victory for progressive lawmakers who have championed gender-neutral language in government documents. Proponents argue the change promotes inclusivity and recognizes diverse family structures in modern society. Critics, however, see this as yet another attack on traditional values and an erasure of biological reality from legal frameworks that have served families for generations. The bill would fundamentally alter how New York recognizes parenthood in legal contexts, affecting divorce proceedings, custody battles, adoption paperwork, birth certificates, and school enrollment documents.

Conservative advocates warn this represents a dangerous trend of ideology trumping common sense in state governance. The practical implications extend far beyond semantics. Medical professionals, legal experts, and family court judges would be required to adopt this new terminology despite its clinical awkwardness and departure from universally understood biological terms. The gestating parent designation explicitly centers pregnancy and childbirth as defining characteristics, while non-gestating parent creates a negative definition based on what someone did not do rather than their actual parental role.

Governor Hochul has remained publicly silent on whether she will sign the measure into law, though her administration has consistently aligned with progressive legislative priorities throughout her tenure. New York would join a small but growing number of jurisdictions implementing similar language policies in official government communications. The timing of this bill comes as parents across America increasingly push back against what they view as ideological overreach in schools and government institutions. This story represents a flashpoint in the broader cultural debate over gender, biology, and the role of government in shaping social norms through legislative mandates.

The Vindicator explains: How 6,600 noncitizens were registered to vote in New Jersey

By Krystal Knapp July 26, 2026

About 400 later cast ballots. Here is what we know about the voter-registration failure, what the state and its contractor disagree about, and the questions that still need to be answered.

Governor Mikie Sherrill, Lt. Governor Dale Caldwell and MVC Acting Chair & Chief Administrator Rosalie Johnson hold a press conference announcing that New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle System led to voter registration of roughly 6,600 people, who indicated that they were not U.S. citizens, between June 2023 and June 2024, while in the media room of the statehouse in Trenton, N.J. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Photo: Tim Larsen, Office of the Governor.

New Jersey officials have acknowledged a breakdown in the state’s voter-registration system: About 6,600 people who identified themselves as noncitizens while obtaining driver’s licenses or identification cards were nevertheless registered to vote.

Roughly 400 of them later cast ballots, according to a preliminary state review.

Gov. Mikie Sherrill has blamed a software error involving IDEMIA, a longtime Motor Vehicle Commission contractor. But the company says its system accurately recorded the information it received and that state officials had access to records showing the applicants were not citizens.

The failure occurred between June 2023 and June 2024, during former Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration. Although the process was corrected in June 2024, the public was not told about it until Sherrill disclosed it on July 21, 2026.

That leaves several major questions unresolved: Was this primarily a software failure, a poorly designed state process, a failure by election officials to review the information they received, or some combination of all three? Who knew about the problem, and when? And why weren’t the approximately 6,600 registrations reviewed and removed after the system was fixed?

Here is what we know and what we don’t know yet.

First, who is allowed to vote in New Jersey?

To register to vote in New Jersey, a person must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of the county where they are registering for at least 30 days before the election, and at least 17 years old, although they cannot vote until they turn 18.

Noncitizens are prohibited from voting in federal and New Jersey elections. That includes people who are in the country legally, such as permanent residents with green cards, as well as people who are undocumented.

Noncitizens can legally obtain New Jersey driver’s licenses. Having a driver’s license does not make someone eligible to vote.

What happened?

Between June 2023 and June 2024, approximately 6,600 people were registered to vote through the Motor Vehicle Commission even though they indicated that they were not U.S. citizens.

The registrations occurred when people applied for or renewed driver’s licenses or state identification cards.

The applicants answered “no” when asked whether they were U.S. citizens, according to both the state and IDEMIA. But the system still asked whether they wanted to register to vote. IDEMIA says they answered “yes,” and their information was then transmitted for voter registration.

The state says the problem was corrected in June 2024. But officials apparently did not then identify and remove everyone who had already been improperly registered, and the public was not told about the failure until Sherrill disclosed it more than two years later.

Did the 6,600 people intentionally register?

That is disputed or, at a minimum, more complicated than the state initially disclosed.

Historic divinity school is offering the first doctoral degree in ‘AI and Moral Agency’

By YONAT SHIMRON
Updated 6:20 PM EDT, July 29, 2026

(RNS) — At the end of the Civil War, a Union soldier and Baptist minister founded a school in Raleigh, North Carolina, to provide formerly enslaved people with religious literacy.

Now that same school — Shaw University — wants to provide literacy of a new kind: AI literacy.

Starting next year, Shaw’s divinity school plans to offer a new degree track: a Doctor of Education (or Ed.D) in Artificial Intelligence and Moral Agency.

As the AI spreads and performs more and more tasks traditionally done by humans, the divinity school wants to get ahead of the curve and probe its moral implications.

“We say Shaw was created to provide leadership in building literacy,” said Mark Harden, dean of Shaw University Divinity School. “We (half)joke this is our second calling because we’re building AI literacy for vulnerable communities with an emphasis on social justice and ethics.”

In June, the divinity school secured the go-ahead from the regional accrediting body, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. It is now working on receiving a seal of approval with the Commission on Accrediting at the Association of Theological Schools, a network of 280 graduate schools of theology across the United States and Canada.

Shaw’s AI degree would be the first among the ATS network in either the master’s or doctoral level, said Chris Meinzer, ATS’s chief operating officer. Several divinity schools have begun offering solo classes in AI and ethics.

In December, Notre Dame’s Institute for Ethics and the Common Good received a $50 million gift from the Lilly Endowment to support the so-called DELTA network that will provide practical resources for pastors, churches and schools to navigate challenges posed by AI. DELTA stands for dignity, embodiment, love, transcendence and agency — which it believes are the core Christian values. (RNS also receives grant support from the Lilly Endowment.)

“Almost everybody we’re talking with and working with in higher education right now is just getting really serious about how issues involving artificial intelligence are really shaping a lot of the ethical questions that we want to study going forward, and a lot of the formation work that we need to do with our students,” said Meghan Sullivan, a philosopher and director of the Institute for Ethics and the Common Good at Notre Dame.

The DSA Wants to Abolish America

We should, in fact, be ‘scared’ by Megan Romer and her ilk.

I understand that it is considered déclassé to participate in what the self-consciously serious among us have termed the new “Red Scare.” Well, okay then: déclassé it is. There is virtue in calling things by their names, and the appropriate name for the Democratic Socialists of America is “red.” They are communists. They are Jacobins. They are wreckers and despoilers and iconoclasts, who, if left unchecked, would wipe the United States from the face of this earth. To be “scared” by such figures is not only rational, it is imperative.

Asked on television by Fox News host Shannon Bream to give a thumbs up or thumbs down to each of our civilizational building blocks, the co-chair of the DSA, Megan Romer, casually dismissed each in turn:

Search For Truth, Not To Defend A Belief

If you’re a flat earther, have you studied the context of the Bible verses which are being cited to proclaim “the Bible says flat earth”?

This book goes through all 240 verses that people like Nathan Roberts cite, to show you the proper context; because if you’re promoting this list, then you’re accountable for the explanations.

It gives a fresh perspective about the ‘firmament‘ of Genesis; the ‘circle‘ of Isaiah 40:22; the clay turned to the ‘seal‘ in Job 38:13-14; the ‘pillars‘ of 1 Samuel 2:8; the sun going forth in his ‘circuit‘ of Psalms 19:6; and much more.

If you know someone who believes that the Scriptures describes a domed, flat earth; it will help you understand their rationale in citing these verses.

If you’re a believer who’s researching the flat earth, this book is critical for you.

If you believe in the heliocentric universe, have you read what Moses, Job, David, and Isaiah; declared about the earth, the sun, and the stars? The Bible describes a sun that moves in a circuit, which has been stopped, and has been moved back. And it describes an earth that is fixed. The Bible is purely geocentric, and there is no Scriptural justification for the heliocentric model.

The Bible also describes the lower circular layers which hold back the fountains of the deep; the spherical layers of atmosphere around the globe earth; the constellations on the ecliptic which encircles the globe earth; and the celestial sphere of stars which surround the globe earth as a tent, as a tabernacle.

The enemy is hiding the geocentric globe earth universe with the false narratives of the heliocentric universe and the flat earth model.

When Demanding Political Perfection Leads to Tyranny

 The Andrew Branca Show

Vice President JD Vance is widely perceived as the most likely candidate to be America’s 48th President, followed closely by the excellent Marco Rubio.  And certainly Vance presents many personal and professional qualities one would seek in a President of the United States, not least his patent love of nation.

The elephant in the room, of course, is that JD Vance is married to a woman, Usha, who although born in America is in many ways culturally Indian, including in her religious dietary practices.

This at a time in American history when we seem awash in tens of millions of Indian migrants who appear utterly resistant and disinterested in assimilating into our American culture, instead establishing their own ethnic enclaves, arguably engaging in predatory take-over of many American industries that were traditionally paths of upward mobility for American citizens, and to a large extent making America less America and more Indian—which would seem to be in neither the interests of America nor India.

This has led some prominent voices on the American political right, perhaps more accurately termed the nationalist right, meaning prioritizing the interests of the American nation over other interests, to proclaim that if JD Vance is the candidate they will decline to cast a vote in the 2028 Presidential elections on the grounds that they are not interested in voting for an American president with an “Indian” spouse.

Christian J. Pinto: The Society Of Jesus Their Moral Maxims And Plots

The Real Reveal

Jul 18, 2025

The Society of Jesus (a.k.a. the Jesuit Order) is perhaps the most controversial organization of the last 500 years.  Their activities have been warned about by kings, princes, preachers, and even American presidents.  By the year 1931, the Jesuits had been expelled from at least 83 countries, city states and cities for their subversive activities around the world.  Nineteenth century historian, Thomas Carlyle called their founder, Ignatius Loyola “the poison fountain from which these rivers of bitterness that now submerge the world have flowed.”  Despite these things, few Christians in modern times know either their history or their present activities in the world today.

In this dynamic audio CD, documentary filmmaker Christian J. Pinto interviews Dr. Ronald Cooke, author of the book, The Jesuit Kulturkampf in the United States, as they unfold important information about the Jesuits in modern times.  This CD differs from our other CDs on the Jesuits in that it specifically focuses on their activities in America today through ecumenism and communitarianism.

Meet The Republicans Who Sided With Anthony Fauci To Shut Down The Country

(Photo by BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI/AFP via Getty Images)

July 27, 20266:10 PM ET

Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul released Dr. Anthony Fauci’s personal diary Sunday, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the first Trump administration officials who aligned with Fauci as the country shut down during COVID-19.

The diary entries portray an administration divided over lockdowns, school closures and messaging, with several Republican officials backing the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director’s efforts to maintain sweeping public health restrictions while sidelining dissenting voices. (RELATED: Fauci’s Own Diary Undercuts His Public Dismissal Of COVID Lab Leak)

One of the officials who backed the public health bureaucrat was Hope Hicks, a counselor to the president and former White House communications director, whom Fauci described as “very nice” after their first meeting in March 2020.

Fauci soon wrote that Hicks appeared to view him as a “future ally” after seeming uncomfortable with Trump’s desire for the COVID-19 team to hold two press briefings a day to boost morale and the economy through public transparency.

By early April, as Easter approached, Trump had grown increasingly frustrated with the continued shutdown of the economy and the country, calling Hicks and Fauci into the Oval Office to discuss reopening. Fauci wrote that Trump was “almost pleading” not to extend the country’s closure beyond the 30-day lockdown extension.

According to Fauci, Trump said he was destroying the country and that sports leagues and industry would be devastated by the administration’s recommendations.

In an attempt to appeal to Fauci’s Catholic background, Trump proposed reopening the country for Easter, Good Friday and Palm Sunday, suggesting that Masses could be held outdoors or in a drive-in format, but Fauci said he wasn’t persuaded by the president’s recommendation.

“Hope Hicks and I convinced him to essentially put Easter on hold for this year,” Fauci wrote.

By early October, Fauci wrote in bold red letters that “Hope Hicks is infected!!!”

The Jesuits and Communism: Weapon of the Counter Reformation

Presented by: Christian J. Pinto
Produced by: Adullam Films/Noise of Thunder Radio

DESCRIPTION

The United States and many Western countries are currently afflicted by the plague of Marxism that openly threatens to topple the principles of liberty and enslave the free world.  In 1881, Protestant historian J.A. Wylie warned that the Jesuit Order manipulated Communism against countries that refused to obey their “liege lord,” the Pope.  The openly stated aim of the Order is to destroy Protestantism, in order to reclaim all the territories and power that the Vatican lost as a result of the Great Reformation.  Could Marxism itself be the weapon of Rome’s Counter Reformation?

The relationship between the Jesuits and Communism is startling, even to this day.  Karl Marx was educated at a secularized Jesuit school, while a host of world leaders including Fidel Castro and Bill Clinton were former students of the Order.  Are the Jesuits the missing link to understanding the advancement of Marxist principles in the Western world today?

Why Do Products Suddenly Have Two Barcodes? and why are QR codes suddenly appearing next to familiar UPC barcodes?

For more than 50 years, traditional barcodes have helped stores identify products and retrieve prices with a single beep. But they usually identify only the type of product, not its individual batch, expiration date, origin, or recall status.

That is why retailers and manufacturers are preparing for a shift toward more capable 2D barcodes.

In this video, we explore how traditional UPC barcodes work, what GS1 Digital Link and 2D barcodes can do, and why many products may temporarily carry both a striped barcode and a square code.

The barcode is not simply being replaced. It is evolving from a price lookup number into a connection between a physical product and its changing digital record.

Would you trust a product more if one scan revealed its origin, expiry date, and recall status?

Most Christians never ask this question out loud: should we be physically preparing for the end times, or is that a lack of faith?

Tonight Nick & Lisa Meissner walk through it from Scripture — the enemy's strategy for the last days, what God's Word actually says about providing for your family, and a practical framework for sustainable preparedness that applies wherever you are right now.

This is a distinctly Christian look at preparedness, with Scripture as the foundation. Just the Bible and a concrete plan. Join us live and bring your questions — Nick and Lisa will be in the chat the whole time.

US Holds Fire Against Iran as Reports Emerge of Stockpile Concerns

Iran passed another night without US airstrikes on Sunday, as Washington paused a war nearing its fifth month and reports emerged that concerns over dwindling munitions were restraining plans for further escalation.

The lull has revived hopes of a return to negotiations after nearly two weeks of consecutive nightly US bombardments, although US media reported the pause could also reflect pressure on stockpiles of Patriot interceptors and other defensive weapons.

Fighting over the strategic Strait of Hormuz derailed diplomatic efforts between Washington and Tehran, but the conflict then expanded beyond the vital energy corridor to include attacks on US bases, regional shipping and Gulf allies.

Iran’s army warned on Sunday that the war would widen even further if the US chose to press ahead with attacks, ahead of a visit by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Washington on Tuesday.

“If the Americans once again fall for the Zionists’ deception, or move in line with them, and insist on continuing the war, particularly through air strikes, geographically this will expand further,” army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia told state television.

Meanwhile, US operations against Iran were “on a hold,” CNN reported, quoting an unidentified Pentagon source, even as US President Donald Trump threatened a “much higher level” of strikes on Friday.

Plans to escalate the campaign have been shelved in part because of those shrinking supplies, The New York Times reported, citing two people briefed on the matter.

Congress members visit Whipple Federal Building: "I was shocked to see that everyone in here has leg restraints"

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been taking people they detain in Minnesota to the Whipple Federal Building for processing. On Friday, members of Congress were there for an oversight visit.

Democratic U.S. Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Pramila Jayapal of Washington state made their way into the building midday, calling congressional oversight their duty.

"I was shocked to see that everyone in here has leg restraints. That is not common practice in holding facilities and detention centers. And apparently, that is the practice when you are picked up to when you are released," Jayapal said.

They did learn some information about detainees despite saying they had to sign paperwork, agreeing they wouldn't interact with them.

Adventist Literature Provokes Catholics At Rededicate 250 Event in Washington DC

July 12, 2026 NewsHound

Prior to the 250th anniversary of the United States, thousands came to the National Mall in Washington for "Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee Of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving." The eight-hour-long event, created and organized by Freedom 250 in collaboration with the White House, drew throngs of people over the weekend, who waited in line to stand in front of the center Stage. One of the attendees was Emma Cieslik, a queer Catholic religious scholar. Emma is the director for Queer and Catholic, and wrote in the National Catholic Reporter (NCR) how the Great Controversy book that was given away at Rededicate 250 contains anti-Catholic conspiracies, written by Ellen White. In Emma’s own words,

“I attended the event as a Catholic public historian, curious about the materials that attendees, organizers and protestors were distributing.

But the materials that I and other members of the public received revealed deep-seated tension between Catholics and Protestants at an event focused on Christian unity and featuring Catholic speakers. I saw echoes of the same anti-Catholic conspiracies that have existed since the very beginning of the United States, and have affected the way that American Christianity has been constructed. The juxtaposition between the event's anti-Catholic elements and its Catholic speakers emphasized the ongoing fracture between Protestants and Catholics in Trump's MAGA coalition.

I, like everyone who walked up from the Smithsonian metro stop, was handed a bag with the screenprinted logo "Religious Freedom 250" from Amazing Facts International, a multimillion dollar religious nonprofit organization run by Pastor Doug Batchelor.

In it was Ellen Gould White's The Fall and Rise of Jerusalem: The Great Controversy Between Good and Evil, along with a glossy magazine titled "Religious Freedom and America in Bible Prophecy: The Future of Earth's Last Superpower Revealed" published by Amazing Facts and other assorted leaflets. While not officially affiliated with the event, the bag and its contents closely mirrored Rededicate 250's design, and they were the only materials that I was handed while walking around the event.

I was already skeptical of the materials because [Ellen]White is well-known for her anti-Catholic views. In fact, her book The Great Controversy, which argues that the Catholic Church misinterprets the Second and Fourth Commandments, is a prominent source of anti-Catholic conspiracies.

But what I encountered inside of the magazine was even more blatant.

JD Vance Just Pushed This Sunday Law Nobody Saw Coming

Nolte — Report: Trump Backs Vance over Rubio as 2028 Successor

24 Jul 20264,199

President Trump has a luxury problem on his hands: Does he choose Vice President JD Vance as his successor or Secretary of State Marco Rubio? Both are remarkably gifted politicians. Both are trusted and well-liked by Trump’s MAGA base. Both are more than capable of defeating whichever loser the Democrats sacrifice in 2028.

What to do?

What to do?

Well, for now at least, according to this report from MS Now, Trump sees Vance as his chosen and likely successor.

“For months, Trump treated Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio as something like rival contestants, polling aides and donors on the two men and floating each as a possible heir without tipping his hand,” reads the report. “In recent weeks, that has stopped, according to five people familiar with the president’s running commentary on the race to succeed him in 2028.”

The apparent tipping point was Vance’s successful book tour, where he walked out of interviews smelling like a rose after parrying with the harridans on The View, with Bill Maher, Megyn Kelly, and various Fox News hosts.

Trump is also reportedly happy about Vance’s recent weight loss and his work leading the antifraud task force.

This paragraph, though, makes the most sense to me:

Whether Trump was ever really weighing Vance against Rubio is itself contested. Camps for both men have insisted that any rivalry between the two has been overblown and that Trump has historically enjoyed keeping potential successors competing for his favor rather than settling on one.

A good manager, and Trump is obviously one, knows how to create a productive (rather than toxic) climate of competition to get the best out of people.

And let’s not forget that Rubio has already stated and restated that if Vance chooses to run in 2028, he won’t challenge him.

Rubio is young enough (55) and talented enough to make an excellent vice president for Vance before running for president himself at a relatively young 65.

But let’s face it, both men are made of presidential timbre. Both are superbly gifted politicians. Both dwarf anyone currently huddled on the Democrat Party bench. Kamala? Gavin? Pete? AOC? Whatever.

The thing is that no matter whether it’s Rubio or Vance, Trump will still rule the MAGA roost. That might sound like a bad thing, but it’s not. He is the force that holds that base of support together, and that base is what has won two presidential elections — some people might say three.

Finally, Rubio and Vance seem to genuinely like one another. Granted, you never know about these things. After all, everyone said Barry Obama and Hillary Clinton liked one another when we all knew they didn’t. Still, the public has an instinct for these things, and JD and Marco both seem secure enough in who they are not to let political aspirations get in the way of a genuine and mutual respect. Besides, they can help one another reach those aspirations. Honestly, if they don’t allow pettiness and jealousy to sour their friendship, this could be remembered as one of history’s great and effective political partnerships.

Taxpayer-funded trans dolls with removable genitalia to hit classrooms this fall for kids as young as 4 to ‘learn about different options’

They’re dolling up the trans agenda — and taxpayers are footing the bill.

“First-of-their-kind” transgender dolls — complete with removable genitalia — will debut in some Minnesota classrooms this fall to kids as young as 4 years old.

The paper dolls, with gender-neutral names like “Sam,” “Rory,” “Avery” and “Parker,” have removable internal and external genitals, along with more than 100 interchangeable pieces of clothing, accessories and hairstyles — like a trans Mr./Mrs. Potato Head.

The dolls will be made available to kids between 4 and 10 years old in Minnesota this fall.University of Minnesota

The goal is for kids to “learn about the different options that exist for who they can be,” according to a therapist at the University of Minnesota Medical School, which spent over half a decade developing the controversial project funded by lefty Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz

The Medical School’s Institute for Sexual and Gender Health research over those six years included paying $20 to $60 for “trans and gender diverse” children and their parents to play with the dolls and “talk about gender and bodies” in groups.

Prototypes of the dolls were shown in a 2024 conference where one named “Sam” can be seen in what appears to be some phase of a gender transition, with a detachable penis off to the side, and a dress and girls’ underwear within reach.

The trans dolls — which promise to “make gender fun” — will be made available to teachers, school counselors, pediatricians and mental health providers, according to a website of the “MyGender Dolls” company. It features an image of a boy doll wearing a dress and others in various states of sexual identity confusion.

It’s not known whether parents — or children themselves — will be able to order a doll, or if they will only be marketed to professionals and schools. It is not known if parents will be able to opt out of such “therapeutic play” for their kids.

A blond doll named “Sam” can be seen in some phase of a sexual transition, with Professor Dianne Berg, co-founder of MyGender Dolls, proudly standing behind the table.University of Minnesota

The dolls began as a University of Minnesota research project, which was later spun into a commercial venture — “MyGender Dolls” — by two licensed psychologists who are professors at the medical school.

The website does not reveal the cost of the paper dolls.

The University of Minnesota’s Medical School has been receiving $15 million annual funding from the state via Walz — cash earmarked to “increase the medical school’s research capacity” and “ensure its national prominence.”

Bridge to Babylon, Rome, Ecumenism, and the Bible

The Blind Leading the Blind

I have seen how the blind guides were laboring to make souls as blind as themselves, little realizing what is coming upon them. They are exalting themselves against the truth, and as it triumphs, many who have looked on these teachers as men of God and have looked to them for light, are troubled. They inquire of these leaders relative to the Sabbath, and they, with the object of getting rid of the fourth commandment, will answer them thereto. I saw that real honesty was not regarded in taking the many positions that were taken against the Sabbath. The main object is to get around the Sabbath of the Lord and observe another day than that sanctified and hallowed by Jehovah. If they are driven from one position, they take an opposite one, even a position that they had but just before condemned as unsound.

God's people are coming into the unity of the faith. Those who observe the Sabbath of the Bible are united in their views of Bible truth. But those who oppose the Sabbath among the Advent people are disunited and strangely divided. One comes forward in opposition to the Sabbath and declares it to be thus and so, and at the conclusion calls it settled. But as his effort does not put the question to rest, and as the Sabbath cause progresses and the children of the Lord still embrace it, another comes forward to overthrow it. But in presenting his views to get around the Sabbath, he entirely tears down the arguments of him who made the first effort against the truth, and presents a theory as opposite to his as to ours. So with the third and the fourth; but none of them will have it as it stands in the Word of God: "The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God."

PATRICK SAYS THERE ARE SEVERAL CUBAN DOUBLE AGENTS IN THE US GOVERNMENT WHO ACT LIKE STAUNCH REPUBLICANS BUT WHO CALL THE UNITED STATES THE "ENEMY" WHEN THEY DON'T THINK THEY'RE BEING RECORDED

On Monday afternoon, Patrick Byrne livestreamed an AMA (Ask Me Anything) on his Locals channel, which is behind a $5/mo membership paywall.

AzPinkLady on X.com took the liberty of tweeting-out this 1-minute clip from Patrick’s livestream, where he gives some insight as to how the CIA interfaced with Venezuela to cheat the elections – namely, through a man named Frank Holder.

IMAGE: Frank Holder’s LinkedIn profile.

Frank Holder is a former US Air Force Intelligence Officer (OSI) and the CEO of Holder Partners, LLC, a private company that conducts corporate and financial investigations in Latin America.

Patrick claims that he’s a “CIA double agent” who’s been a Cuban asset since 1980, and that “When the CIA needed to hack 2020, they used him as the go-between to Venezuela and set it up.”

Patrick says that there are several Cuban double agents in and around the US Government, who act like staunch Republicans but who are actually billionaires, like Frank Holder from doing business with Venezuela’s Chavista regime and with the Cubans, as he told Emerald Robinson on The Absolute Truth podcast last April.

One of these Cuban double agents, Manuel Rocha got caught in late 2023. In a video recorded by an undercover agent, Rocha praised Fidel Castro, called the United States the "enemy" and boasted about spying for over 40 years, while working at the State Department.

According to the criminal complaint, Rocha said that he was instructed by Cuba to "lead a normal life", and he created a fictitious persona of a "right-wing person". Rocha's $750 campaign donation to Republican Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar was returned after his arrest.

Arkansas ranks No. 1 in religious liberty; Sanders warns 'lack of community' poses major threat

By Jon Brown, Christian Post Reporter Wednesday, July 15, 2026

Republican Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, whose state was ranked first in the nation for religious freedom this year, said that increasing alienation and loss of community among Americans pose grave threats to religious liberty in the United States.

Sanders’ office announced Tuesday that Arkansas scored this year’s top spot for religious liberty in the First Liberty Institute’s Center for Religion, Culture & Democracy’s Religious Liberty in the States index, which evaluated 50 legal protections across 20 safeguards states can adopt to uphold religious freedom.

Earning a score of 89.2%, Arkansas joined Tennessee this year as the only two states to receive the index’s first-ever “excellent” rating.

During a Tuesday phone interview with The Christian Post, Sanders attributed Arkansas’ recent distinction to multiple legislative accomplishments, which she described as a “collective” agenda to promote religious liberty.

She highlighted last year’s enactment of Act 677, which prohibits state and local governments from penalizing anyone for operating according to their sincerely held beliefs about biological sex and marriage. She also pinpointed the Conscience Protection Act she signed in 2023, which expanded the protections of Arkansas’ Religious Freedom Restoration Act by prohibiting the state government from discriminating against religious organizations because of their religious identity.

Sanders, who has served as governor of Arkansas since 2023, expressed pride that her state has been distinguished for “something that is very foundational to our country.”

“What makes America so special and unique is that we are the greatest country because we’re the freest country, and our first and most fundamental right to freedom is our religious freedom and religious liberty,” she said.

The Buddha is a Catholic saint!

Gautama Buddha is venerated as a deity or as a prophet in other religions. Some Hindu texts say that the Buddha was an avatar of the god Vishnu.

The Buddha is regarded as a prophet by the Ahmadiyyas and is of course a Manifestation of God in the Bahá'í faith. Some early Chinese Taoist-Buddhists thought the Buddha to be a reincarnation of Lao Tzu.

But did anyone know that Buddha Shakyamuni is actually a Catholic saint?

What is less known, particularly among Christians is that the Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Churches integrated the Buddha into their faith through the legend St. Josaphat. The Buddha became a Christian saint, and even received a feast-day, 27 November. The name Josaphat has been derived from Bodhisattva, one whose being is illumination. So it turns out that the Sakyamuni Buddha is in fact an official Catholic saint.

Before Nostra Aetate told us that, "the Catholic Church rejects nothing that is true and holy" in non-Christian religions, the Catholic Church was living this out by keeping the feast of St Josaphat on its calendar. The Church recognized the holiness of Siddhartha. The holiness contained by his life and teachings attracted attention and made the Church honor and respect him for centuries in the persona of Josaphat, and they allowed the Church to continue to honor and respect him with his own feast day on the calendar him after it was made known that Josaphat was in reality the Buddha.

The story is thought to have been composed by Saint John of Damascus in the 6th century AD. It also appears, in abridged form, in the Golden Legend of Jacobus de Voragine. St. John was born around 676 A.D. and died sometime between 754 A.D and 757 A.D. He wrote a series of works defending the then still-young Christian faith. The Arabs, who then ruled most of the world, were very secure about Islam (seeing it as extension of Christianity); the Caliph gave St. John a free hand. One of the good father's books was a religious romance — the first Western one — called Barlaam and Joasaph.
