THE 3 R'S ARE BACK!
Yes, I remember that famous speech Ronald Reagan gave back in 1983, alluding to the 3 R's: Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic. He stated then that American schools should focus more keenly on these subjects to compete with the developing world's youth, who was surpassing our own's intellectual capabilities.
Fastforward to 2008. We now have another version of the 3 R's that has developed this past week.
