Twenty-five years on from the devastating September 11, 2001, attacks, Americans are marking the anniversary with solemn ceremonies, dedicated volunteer work, and heartfelt tributes honouring the nearly 3,000 victims.
On 9 September 2026, a tribute was dedicated to the lives lost that day in which drones lit up the sky to form the twin towers that were once standing.
