You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
Santa Claus is coming to town
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
Santa Claus is coming to town
Now, let's analyze this little ditty:
Santa's is coming to town?
Yet, most believe that Jesus will never return to Earth; And, if He does? He will not judge mankind. How hypocritical! A mythical character named Santa Claus (a.k.a. Satan, or Saint Nicholas) is coming to town and he is making a list and checking it twice; he's checking to see who's naughty or nice. Yet, the Son of God Almighty (so they think) will never return to judge a fallen, sinful world. My suggestion to all the atheists, agnostics, modern spiritualists, and new-agers is to watch for the signs which confirm "all" the prophecies contained in the Bible (ej. Daniel and Revelation) which foretell Jesus' soon return to Earth. He's making a list (The Lamb's book of Life) and checking it twice. So, if you insist on repeating this pagan lullaby just keep in mind that all the demands (attributes) that this little jingle claims, apply to Jesus.
P.S. He's coming as a thief in the night. So, if you must continue to slumber.
All mankind will see Him, and know when He arrives!
